tonight, i am actually typing this post from a college dorm.

i miss my family and all my friends that i left behind so much right now, but i know that God is sovereign and that he will take care of me. it is so weird to be at home...but not at the same time, i guess i'll just have to get used to it. well, everything went well today, got moved in, and unpacked. i love my sweet roommate, she is adorable. and i love my cute room, although the location is struggling, i will be not worrying about the freshman 15 because of all the walking i'll be doing. overall, it was a great day, kinda like the first page of a new chapter of my life. haha corny much?
my verse today was,
-Psalm 37:3
today and this week, i really want to focus on trusting in God. especially right now with rush, it can be so easy to be caught up with me me me ME and what I want, but the most important thing is what God wants. my prayer this week is that i would remember to trust God, and not just a little, but with everything. he is so good. all the time.
